Description

This course mainly focuses on:

One of China’s most iconic traditional fitness practices, Baduanjin dates back to the Northern Song Dynasty, serving as a time-honored way for Chinese people to nurture body and mind for over a thousand years. Composed of 8 fluid movements, this gentle qigong practice may look slow and simple, yet it holds profound wellness wisdom: through stretching and coordinated breathing, it unblocks the body’s “meridians” (energy channels in TCM) and promotes the smooth flow of “qi” (vital energy).

No equipment or strenuous effort needed—each movement is easy to learn: raising hands like holding the sky relieves shoulder tension; bending like adjusting energy activates the lower back; stretching like drawing a bow clears the chest. Regular practice eases stiffness from sitting, boosts stamina, and calms the mind. Its philosophy of “nurturing strength through softness” makes it a timeless health companion.

This millennia-old practice, tested by generations of Chinese, awaits you—experience the harmony of body and breath in just a few minutes.
